Build resilient joints, become less injury prone, and reach your movement goals.

Using Functional Range Systems – we will evaluate each and every one of your joints to figure out where you have limited range of motion, pain, or dysfunction. Once we identify the joints that you need to work on, a custom program will be provided for you.

After your first session and evaluation, I will write a custom training program for you to work and progress through to help you reach your goals. Program updates will occur after each in-person or online training session.

My goal is to help you learn how to self-assess each joint in your body – AND to know how to take care of those joints without having to rely on treatments. I have helped many clients reduce their pain, learn about their bodies, and have overall healthier relationships with their bodies and how they move.

After learning about your movement goals, I’ll tell you a few different ways I could help you reach those goals. I have a few coaching options to meet you where you are whether that’s completely online, in-person, or a combination of both. The most common way I work with clients, and the one that leads to quick results are working together once a week. This always starts with assessing the strength and flexibility of all your joints. And then we know exactly which joints need to gain strength and/or flexibility. We’ll work those specific joints and make your body feel great.
